For poet, performer, and educator Aimee Herman, we designed a website that reflects their bold creative voice while providing a platform for readers, event organizers, and students.

Scope of Work:

  • Website Build: Working along with Aimee, we developed a clean, bold, modern site that showcases Aimee’s books, upcoming events, and media appearances. We integrated a responsive design for seamless viewing on all devices.

  • Branding: We created a visual identity with a strong, bold fonts and a color palette inspired by Aimee’s vivid, artistic style. We aligned images and layout to highlight their blend of poetry, performance, and activism.

  • Training & Handoff: Since the client had previous experience with a blog site, we provided one-on-one training so Aimee can easily update event listings, blog posts, and media content. During the build Aimee worked side by side with us and we had guided practice sessions to ensure their confidence in site management.

The result gave the client a professional online presence that amplifies Aimee’s work and sets it apart.

For author, speaker, consultant and advocate Donna R. Gore, we developed a website that positions her as a powerful storyteller and trusted consultant. The site highlights Donna’s writing, speaking opportunities, and advocacy work with a design flow which readers can easily navigate.

Scope of Work:

  • Website Build: We created Donna’s website with dedicated pages for books, speaking engagements, blog posts, and services along with her extensive experience. We created her product page and incorporated a payment processing system. Her navigation is structured to appeal to both readers and organizations seeking an experienced consultant.

  • Branding: Her minimalist visual identity balances professionalism with Donna’s authentic and compassionate voice. Brand-consistent colors, fonts, and images reflect her work in senior care, justice, victim support, and writing projects.

  • Training & Handoff: We provided customized training sessions and guides so Donna can easily manage content updates and blog publishing without technical hurdles.

  • Optional Services: Donna contracted ImaginePublicity to assist her on a per project basis.

For Document The Abuse, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting abuse victims, we developed a comprehensive website that serves as both an educational hub and an operational platform. The site provides access to training programs, the Evidentiary Abuse Affidavit (EAA), speaking engagements, and resources for advocates, law enforcement, and the public.

Scope of Work:

  • Website Build: The nonprofit organization requested a well designed, responsive, user-friendly site with structured navigation to access programs, resources, training, and donation opportunities. We also included a secure third party platform for victims of abuse to house their documentation and evidence in a personalized Evidentiary Abuse Affidavit.

  • Branding: We created a visual identity reflecting the organization’s mission as professional, trustworthy, and compassionate. We selected colors, fonts, and images to convey credibility while remaining approachable for a sensitive audience.

  • Optional Services: The organization contracted ImaginePublicity to implement additional functionality including donation processing, email list integration, content management, social media management and ongoing site maintenance adding new functions to support future growth.

The site showcases his national speaking tour locations and dates, books, and media appearances, with a one page, scrolling site with pertinent sections.

Scope of Work:

  • Website Build: Utilizing the QuickLaunch program we built an easy-to-navigate one page website with dedicated sections for books, speaking tour events, podcast, and contact information.

  • Branding: We developed a darker, moodier visual identity that reflects Dr. Bonn’s authority in criminology and darker subject matter while remaining approachable and reader-friendly.

  • Optional Services: Scott contracted with ImaginePublicity to provide updates, maintenance and changes to the website as needed.

We delivered the results Scott was looking for, a hub for his accomplishments and current activities in a quickly launched professional platform.

  • Branding: We created a visual identity that mirrors Martin Herman’s literary voice and his reputation as an author. We used a color palette with a “bookstore vibe,” to highlight the tone and themes of his work.

  • Optional Services: We integrated Martin’s newsletter management, event announcements, book purchases, payment processing and analytics tracking. Martin contracted ImaginePublicity to completely manage his social media along with all updates to his website and its functions.
